Dave Johnson knows his clients treasure the thought of choosing a house and making it a home, a place where family and friends can gather together.
Born in Wilmington, OH and raised in Greene County, Dave pursued his studies at Tiffin University on an athletic scholarship, majoring in Business Management. After a professional career in radio and TV in Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee, he then started Best Ideas, Inc., in Springboro, Ohio where he used his creative ability to develop premium ideas for the sports market. Later was named one of the “Top 40 entrepeneurs in the country in 1988 by Entrepreneur Magazine for his patents, trademarks.
Close to sixteen years ago Dave looked to real estate as a career change, and give him the flexibility to coach high school basketball. Something he always wanted to do, since his playing days at Tiffin.
His success as one of the top real estate broker/agents in the area gave him the opportunity to open his first RE/MAX franchise in Xenia of 2002, RE/MAX Spirit, serving Greene, Clinton, and Fayette Counties. Dave enjoys working with buyers and sellers, helping them meet their goals.
Dave and his wife, Vicki both work together at Remax Spirit. Their three children and 6 grandchildren live close by. Dave holds a strong faith in God, and a great importance of family.
A large part of Dave’s success, he explains, is his personal slogan, “My goal is to meet your goal. I offer a very personalized service to my clients that is invaluable.” It is no surprise the RE/MAX Spirit motto reflects his attitude. “We don’t just sell houses, we find homes.”
